Tank's Tracks Empowering Wheelie Pugs
Tank's Tracks is a heartfelt initiative under Arizona Pug Party & Rescue, created in loving memory of Tank - a courageous black pug who proved that mobility challenges could never hold back a big spirit. Tank's journey as a wheelie pug inspired us to start this program dedicated to giving other wheelie pugs the tools they need to live their best lives.
Our Mission
Tank's Tracks is here to support wheelie pugs in need by providing them with new custom-fitted wheelchairs and matching harnesses. These essential mobility aids will help our specially-abled furry friends regain independence, confidence, and the freedom to explore the world—just like Tank did.
Why Wheels Matter
When a pug faces mobility challenges due to injury, illness, or age, their quality of life can be significantly impacted. Wheelchairs designed specifically for dogs can:

How It Works
- Nomination and Application: Nominate a pug in need by filling out a simple application form.
- Evaluation: Our team reviews applications to ensure each recipient gets the right-sized wheels and a matching harness for comfort and safety.
- Delivery: Once approved, the wheelchair and harness will be shipped to the family.
- Follow-Up: We’ll stay in touch to ensure the wheels are a perfect fit and to celebrate the pug’s progress!

Tank’s wheels were generously donated through the High Rollers Club, and he was fortunate to be a teammate in their Wheelie Pug Relay in 2024 before his passing. We are forever grateful for their support and fully stand behind their program. In honor of Tank, we wanted to offer further assistance to pugs in need.
